Just What Is T.A.C.?

Timberwood Advisory Committee is the Architectural Control Committee for Timberwood currently serving as an advisor to our developer.  TAC is the first responder for deed restriction violations, improvements and construction on your property and general appearance of the neighborhood.  If you have a property complaint, please send your comments to info@tppoa.com.

The agreement states that TPPOA will establish a committee known as the Timberwood Advisory Committee (TAC).  The TAC will act as an advisory committee to TDC, as follows:

Review and comment on plans for proposed new structures to be built within Timberwood Park, and review and comment on plans for proposed improvements and additions to existing homes and lots.  TAC will also report potential covenant and restriction violations to TDC, and make recommendations regarding enforcement action, if any, by terms of the agreement reached in the settlement as well.

Generally speaking, TAC is the committee under TPPOA that assists with ensuring our community maintains a desirable appearance for the betterment of property values and neighborhood integrity in addition to reviewing and approving or declining new construction, improvements and additions to properties in Timberwood Park.  The committee meets weekly and reviews a list of submitted plans and specs for projects.  As complaints are provided, they additionally research deed restriction requirements by each unit in Timberwood Park as well as covenants which are recorded to determine whether there is a violation in the restrictions posted.
