TPPOA is the property owners voice for concerns, complaints, initial deed restriction violation follow-up and correction, property owner business in Timberwood Park and social and community activities for the neighborhood. TPPOA is currently working toward a resolution of a legal and binding agreement known as the Rule 11 Agreement. This agreement cites that on or before December 2008, a turnover of the common areas can be negotiated. The TPPOA is planning for the eventual turnover of the common areas of Timberwood Park (which include a 30+ acre recreational area) to the property owners of Timberwood Park. At that time, TPPOA will become the agency responsible for the operation, management and mandatory collection of the assessment fees currently paid to Timberwood Development Co. Please advise your clients of the upcoming change and that it is in their best interest to become a member now of the Association to participate in the processes ahead effectively and with informed decision making capability.
