The Timberwood Park Property Owners Association (TPPOA) would like to extend a warm welcome to you as a new neighbor in Timberwood Park.  This website is geared to answer many of your questions and provide you with a great many tools to assist you with settling into your new home.  Please contact us at info@tppoa.com with your name, address and phone number and we’ll be happy to answer questions and assist you wherever possible in establishing yourself as a valued member of our neighborhood. 

2010 is the last year there will be separate membership dues to be a member of the association as we complete a turnover of the management of our development from our developer (the Timberwood Development Co. – (TDC) ) to our property owners association (TPPOA).  Your $25 dues payment supports the continued work of the your neighborhood association to bring you valued programs, activities and work effectively toward finalizing turnover.

Participation in the association, involvement in the neighborhood and your contributions to make Timberwood a great place to live are all valued as we complete this transitional year.  Please spend time familiarizing yourself with the many tidbits found on this website and let us know what we can do to make you feel at home.
